Corner seating is one of the easiest ways to add character to a space. Start with a fabulous (and comfortable) chair, set the mood with good lighting and candles. Artwork to tie in your personality and a functional table so it creates extra space for your morning coffee or evening wind down.

Our challenge in this basement bathrooms was countering the existing black and white that can sometimes come across as stark. Working with an existing vanity, we brought warmth in with an additional light wood armoir that adds functionality for linen storage and space. Layers of greenery, landscape prints, and natural, woven textures, it feels much less like a basement and more like a spa like retreat.

This living room design was a little outside the style we typically gravitate towards, but our clients spend a lot of time in Arizona and are drawn to the textures, tones, and warmth of the desert. With that in mind, we infused the space with subtle Southwest influence, without going full theme.

Using their existing couch, we brought in a new coffee table, side tables, and accessories to create an entirely new look without a complete overhaul.
