No walls were harmed in the making of this video. Easy peasy ways to make your room look bigger include: 🪄 Mirrors. Place them across from a window if you can. The light bounces, the room doubles. One large mirror does more than a gallery wall of small ones. Every time. 🪄 Curtains hung high and wide. The rod goes near the ceiling, not the window frame. And the panels extend past the window on both sides. It makes the window look bigger, the ceiling look higher, and the whole room feel intentional. 🪄 Rug size. If your rug is too small, your room looks smaller. All furniture legs on the rug, or at minimum the front legs. A rug that floats in the middle of a room with nothing touching it is the enemy.
