Spring Garden Prep Series 🌿 Episode Two Today we’re bringing the garden to life… from the inside 🤍🌱 This is one of my favorite parts of the process, planting seeds indoors and opening up my little greenhouse for the season. It’s slow, simple, and honestly feels like the start of something really special. What I’m doing today: – planting seeds that need a head start (tomatoes, peppers, herbs) – using fresh, light seed-starting soil for better growth – giving everything a good watering (but not soaking) – placing them in my indoor greenhouse with warmth + light If you’re starting seeds too, here are a few tips: • Don’t plant too deep, most seeds only need a light covering of soil • Keep soil moist, not drenched (think damp like a wrung-out sponge) • Warmth matters more than anything at this stage • Label everything now… trust me, you won’t remember later and at one point a lot of them will look the same There’s something so grounding about this step, knowing that in a few weeks, these tiny seeds will turn into something you grew yourself. Next up in the series: making some custom clay planter labels 🌿 @burpeegardening @homedepot gardenseason seedstarting springgarden growfromseed homedepotcreator slowliving gardenprep homemaking greenhousegrowing
