We finally got our ceiling fan installed this week! According to the poll in my stories last week, 139 people said a ceiling fan is an absolute must in the bedroom, and only 11 said it wasn’t necessary 🤯 We’ve been using a tiny plug-in fan since moving in last March, so we’re pumped for the upgrade.
All that’s left to work on in the master is installing new closet doors & adding something above the bed! So happy with this room 🌿💙

Fun fact: I don’t think I knew what a calorie was until I was 18 years old. I discovered fitness & lost 20 pounds during the second half of my freshman year of college, and I’ve fluctuated ever since. I used to get frustrated with myself - “all that hard work for nothing.” It definitely took some time to realize that it’s silly to hold myself to the same standards as I did 10 years ago. At 29, I just want to be the happiest, healthiest version of myself. Right now, that looks like yoga, dog walks, 20 minute HIIT workouts and (hopefully soon!) swimming laps 💪🏼

When I started my job back in October, I went weeks at a time without making a single wedding plan. I felt like we had all the seemingly “big stuff” figured out, and we had a year to plan, so what’s the rush?
