Fun fact: I don’t think I knew what a calorie was until I was 18 years old. I discovered fitness & lost 20 pounds during the second half of my freshman year of college, and I’ve fluctuated ever since. I used to get frustrated with myself - “all that hard work for nothing.” It definitely took some time to realize that it’s silly to hold myself to the same standards as I did 10 years ago. At 29, I just want to be the happiest, healthiest version of myself.
