What I'm reading this fall: horror with actual teeth, Mississippi Gothic that'll rearrange you, grown-up magic-school romantasy, poetry for the fight and the softness, and Appalachian lit that hits like a freight train. Save this for your TBR. 🖤

Y’all, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is finally LIVE for the rest of us, and I have combed through the racks so you don’t have to!

If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for pieces that can transition from running errands to a cozy date night without missing a beat. I’ve rounded up some of my absolute favorites that are on my radar — and a few I already own and wear to death!

That Modenaire lace trim slip skirt? On my list. It is giving all the moody, romantic vibes I live for. Pair it with that BP relaxed cotton sweatshirt (which I already have and love, by the way) for that perfect high-low look.

And let’s talk about these SPANX AirEssentials half-zip pullovers. I live in mine. It is like wearing a cloud, but you actually look put together. Throw on those Rothy’s slingbacks or the wedge sandals, and you are good to go.

I’ve linked everything in my LTK, so run, don’t walk, because the good stuff always sells out fast. What are y’all eyeing from the sale this year? Let me know in the comments! 🫶🫶

Ignore the recycling I need to drop off and the lack of makeup. LOL These overalls are SO COMFY and lightweight. Wearing them for the hottest summer day (maybe? It feels like it) in a large, love the adjustable waistband too.

Making such great progress on our diy bathroom renovation! I’m so thrilled to not have pedestal sinks anymore. ☺️ The flooring was so simple to put in. The vanity is gorgeous! We’ve had the mirrors for over 2 years and they’ve held up great!

#LTKmomlife #LTKSaleAlert #LTKHome

Snagged this pretty new light fixture for the house from Wayfair and put it together in less than an hour. 🫶 Just need to switch it out with the old one now!

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKHome #LTKmomlife

I ordered this from Facebook marketplace but the seller is now on Etsy. 🫶 She started selling these gorgeous moon gift boxes as a way to help as she went through cancer treatment. It’s loaded with such pretty items and I split it with my girls. Would make a lovely gift for the whimsical, moon-loving girlie in your life. 🌙

Eats today 🩷 Coffee out of one my favorite mugs and lunch I ordered from Factor to make meals easier for myself. So good — added the naan because I’m a carb girlie.

Renovating my bathroom on a budget so of course I ordered these fabulous peel and stick tiles for the floor.

Pinks, gold, and all the sweet things — and every single one is under $50. 🩷✨ Those heart huggies? The satin lace shorts? The fuzzy slippers?? This is the edit for the girl who wants to feel fancy without breaking the bank.

Everything is linked in my LTK — run before the good stuff sells out!

I don’t know about y’all, but my 14yo is picky about as all get out about her clothes these days. Thankfully we can agree on things from Walmart. 😅 Here’s some of her back to school clothes that she’s excited about. I’m just glad it’s in budget.

What I wore to take the kids to see Toy Story 5 and run errands today. The striped dress runs smaller than the solid black, so I would size up if in between.

Supporting local authors is my favorite. This one is about a small town in the parish (county for my non-Louisiana people) I live in, with 3 women of various ages being pursued by a supernatural force. If you’re into southern gothic, this is for you. It’s easy to read with short chapters too. 👏

I snagged it from a local shop, but it’s available on Kindle for $2.99!
