One of my fave summer recipes in my favorite non stick pan from caraway at Target!❣️ SHORTBREAD 2 cups almond flour 2 tablespoons coconut flour ¼ teaspoon pink salt 1 teaspoon vanilla ⅓ cup melted coconut oil ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey! 🍯 FILLING 1 ¾ cup strawberries frozen or fresh! 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon of pink salt! 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour TOPPING the rest of the shortbread dough ¼ cup of your fave nuts! Preheat oven to 350°, mix almond flour, coconut flour, salt, vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut oil! Add half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown a bit! add the strawberry mixture on the base then sprinkle the rest of the shortbread on top! Press down softly, bake for about 25 min until it’s golden, and enjoy!🍓
