These baked zucchini donuts are one of my favourite ways to use up extra zucchini in the fall. They’re made in a donut pan, then finished with a simple glaze for a treat that feels a little more special than zucchini bread. A few of the kitchen basics I used are linked here, including the donut pan, baking sheet, and cooling rack. These are the kinds of everyday pieces I reach for again and again when baking.
