Yall, I have achieved baked potato perfection. Sometimes you just want a good baked potato, but I ALWAYS forget to put them in the oven in time. My little tricks to the perfect potato is 1) use an air fryer 2) coat with olive oil (gotta be @terradelyssa!) and salt. It will be SO crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. 3) only use gold potatoes. They are so so much better than the regular russet potatoes! They actually get kind of creamy and mashed potato-like. It is AMAZING. Comment RECIPE below for the full details in your DMs! RECIPE: 3-4 gold potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt Toppings (anything you like!) I used: 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped 1 teaspoon butter 1 tablespoon sour cream Sprinkle of cheddar cheese Sliced green onions Wash your potatoes well, and poke a few holes around the potato with a fork. Coat them in olive oil and salt liberally. Bake in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 360 degrees. Cut them in half, then put them back in the air fryer and coat with another drizzle of olive oil, then bake at 360 for 10 minutes. Take them out and top with all of your favorites. So delicious!!!
