This is the ULTIMATE cheesy, creamy Potato Gratin incoming 😍🧀 This is the kind of side dish that feels so decadent, like you just ordered it at your favorite steakhouse… but it’s actually SO simple to make at home!!! Crispy golden edges, tender buttery potatoes, and that rich, melty cheese pull moment we all live for 🤌✨ Perfect for steak night, holidays, dinner parties, or honestly just because you deserve it!!! Comment “POTATO GRATIN” and I’ll send you the recipe!!! 🥔🧡 ⸻ 🧀 Creamy Steakhouse-Style Potato Gratin Ingredients: • 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (thinly sliced) • 2 cups heavy cream • 1 cup whole milk • 3 cloves garlic (minced) • 1 tsp kosher salt • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/4 tsp dried) • 2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese • 1 cup grated Parmesan • 2 tbsp butter (for greasing the dish) How to Make It: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and butter a baking dish. 2. Slice potatoes super thin (a mandoline makes this easy). Coat the sliced potatoes in your parmesan cheese in a bowl. 3. In a saucepan, warm cream + milk + garlic + thyme (don’t boil, just warm it up). 4. Layer potatoes in the dish, sprinkling Gruyère cheese between layers. 5. Creamy, cozy, and packed with flavor… this Creamy Chicken & Chorizo Soup is one of those “make it once and crave it forever” recipes. It’s rich, silky, hearty, and that chorizo adds the perfect little kick. Save this for busy weeknights because it disappears fast. INGREDIENTS • Shredded rotisserie chicken (or leftover chicken) • Sliced chorizo • Wide egg noodles • Chicken broth • Heavy cream • Butter • Flour • Chopped onion • Minced garlic • Celery • Carrots • Salt and pepper • Italian seasoning • 2 packages Sazon seasoning from @goyafoods • Parsley or green onions for topping STEP BY STEP 1. Heat olive oil in a pot, add sliced chorizo, and cook until lightly crisped. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onion (plus celery and carrots if using) until soft, then add garlic. 3. Sprinkle in flour and stir to form a roux. Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth and creamy. 4. Add shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer. 5. Stir in egg noodles and cook until tender. 6. Did you know that the most decadent Chocolate Mousse only has 2 ingredients?! It’s literally the easiest thing to make and will blow your mind! See the recipe below! 2 bars (300g) dark chocolate, I used 70% Cocoa 4 cups heavy whipping cream In a small saucepan, scald 1 cup of your heavy cream until it just starts to bubble around the edges. Pour over your chocolate bars that have been broken up in a mixing bowl. Stir together until the chocolate is melted and it’s well incorporated. This will make what called a ganache! In a separate bowl, whip the rest of your whipped cream until stiff peaks form. You can add 1/2 cup powdered sugar if you like, but I don’t think it’s necessary. Set aside about 1 cup of whipped cream to top your mousse, but gently fold the rest into your ganache. Put in serving bowls or glasses, and top with remaining whipped cream. I like to top with a raspberries or sliced strawberries! Enjoy!! #LTKU #LTKHome

Not only is it the easiest recipe, people beg for this at events! I got this recipe from a sweet friend’s grandma, and my added touch is the shortbread Chessman cookies from @pepperidgefarm Make it, but be warned, you’ll be making this forever every family gathering for many years!! Ingredients: 3-4 ripe bananas 1 package instant VANILLA pudding mix 2 cups cold, whole milk 1 can @eaglebrandmilk sweetened condensed milk 1 package Cool Whip 1 package shortbread cookies In a bowl, mix your pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk, and regular milk. Let it set up in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, slice your bananas and fold them into the pudding mix. I let it chill again for another 10 minutes. In a baking dish, layer your pudding mixture, cool whip and 1/2 package of cookies. Repeat the layer. Save 1 cookie to crumble and sprinkle on top. Chill for one hour and enjoy!!!
