WELLNESS \ rebounding + morning light👯♀️☀️Combinging a few of my health routines and getting outside!! I jump for about 5-10 minutes every morning (no specific routine). The benefits are… + pumping the lymphatic system (detox) + improving mood + cardiovascular health + increased bone density + strengthen the pelvic floor (ladies!)
