Please always talk to your own doctor first since not everything is right for everyone. General recommendations included: • Mediterranean style / whole foods diet • Healthy BMI • Low alcohol + caffeine intake • Avoid smoking/drug use • Folic acid + vitamin D supplementation Some supplements they mentioned may support egg quality/fertility in certain patients: • CoQ10 • Acai • Myo-Inositol (commonly discussed for PCOS) • DHEA (sometimes discussed for low ovarian reserve) • Vitamin E (sometimes discussed for thin lining) Important: aside from folic acid + vitamin D, they advised stopping most supplements once starting stimulation and/or if pregnant.
