My base skin care routine is pretty much the same. However, I do add in new things occasionally. So here is my updated routine. I use a lot of toners, basic, cleanser, and basic moisturizer. Please do yourself a favor and go get Tretinoin and if you are able to- I do microneedling as much as possible by Brittany from Skin Labs Atlanta. If you’re overwhelmed by my incredibly long list of things here are the top ones I would recommend. 1. Red light therapy just get the FACE one if you don’t have the budget for both pieces. 2. Tretinoin- get prescribed by your doctor. You can literally go to just your general Dr. for this or call up your general doctor and ask for a prescription. You don’t need to make a special appointment for it. You can also get it virtually. 3. Facemask, at least once a day. I love so many different types I linked a few (in general I don’t like American brands). If you’ve got all the basics down, and you’re just looking for a little extra something something. 1. Probioderm Cream is the best anti-aging cream I’ve ever used. Potentially better than La mer (in my opinion). 2. The purcell 24 seven colostrum mist is such a game changer I’m obsessed, and it leaves me feeling refreshed throughout the day. And if you have absolutely no clue where to get started, and don’t even have a skin care routine. Here is the top things I would recommend. 1. Vanicream face wash 2. Pick any toner from the list maybe the ricetoner is a good starter 3. Larocheposay moisturizer great for all skin types skincare OmniLux SkinCare KoreanSkinCare JapaneseSkinCare DeweySkin GlassSkin Laneige redlight evenskintone LaRochellePosey clearskin LTKBeauty
