Just sharing information I was personally given by a fertility clinic regarding supplements/lifestyle factors that may support fertility and egg quality. Please always talk to your own doctor first since not everything is right for everyone.

General recommendations included:
• Mediterranean style / whole foods diet
• Healthy BMI
• Low alcohol + caffeine intake
• Avoid smoking/drug use
• Folic acid + vitamin D supplementation

Some supplements they mentioned may support egg quality/fertility in certain patients:
• CoQ10
• Acai
• Myo-Inositol (commonly discussed for PCOS)
• DHEA (sometimes discussed for low ovarian reserve)
• Vitamin E (sometimes discussed for thin lining)

Important: aside from folic acid + vitamin D, they advised stopping most supplements once starting stimulation and/or if pregnant.

Honestly one of my absolute favorite sunscreens. I recommend buying from Stylevana because it’s straight from Japan. Sometimes brands sell sunscreens in the USA and the USA has different filters which makes the sunscreens not as effective. Everything on my skin right now! Anessa sunscreen, patrick ta blush, lip liner, and patrick ta gloss. Anessa sunscreen is actually my FAV as far as the finish of it. It gives suchhhh a glassy glow- but it totally has a sunscreen smell and a little bit of a white cast!

My current sunscreen lineup (and WHY I actually use them):

EltaMD UV Daily SPF
This is my “skin-first” sunscreen. It uses zinc oxide (mineral SPF), which sits on top of your skin and physically blocks UV rays instead of absorbing them.
→ best for: sensitive skin, acne-prone, post-treatment skin
→ bonus: has niacinamide + hyaluronic acid so it’s actually helping your skin while protecting it
→ finish: natural, slightly dewy but not greasy

Dr.G Black Snail Glutathione Tone-Up SPF
This is for when I want that glassy, glowy, almost “lit from within” look
→ gives a subtle tone-up/brightening effect
→ super radiant finish (like borderline highlighter energy)
→ BUT: can leave a cast, so not ideal for deeper skin tones

Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Gel
This one is THAT girl for long wear + humidity + being outside
→ Japanese sunscreen tech = lightweight but super durable
→ water + sweat resistant without feeling heavy
→ gives a healthy glow but still feels clean on the skin
→ same note: can leave a cast depending on skin tone

Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence
This is my most universal recommendation
→ zero white cast (works on literally every skin tone)
→ no sunscreen smell at all
→ feels like a lightweight gel moisturizer, not SPF
→ perfect under makeup or for everyday reapplication
