Allergy season has me pulling out all my little essentials. 😩 I’ve used these BoomBoom nasal sticks before, and they’re back in my routine again. I love that cool, refreshing menthol/eucalyptus feeling — and they’re small enough to keep in my bag or by the bed. Linking the 4-pack here. 👃🏾🌿

Dry skin? This lightweight milky toner has been such a pleasant surprise. My skin feels hydrated without feeling greasy. ✨

We jokingly call it "booger juice," 😂 but this hard-shell case is honestly such a smart find. It keeps the Navage system protected, organized, and tucked away so it doesn't have to sit out on the bathroom counter. Plus, the blue paisley design is actually really cute! 💙

This little ribbed knit dress is such a good fall find. 🤎 The side ruching makes it really forgiving through the middle, I’m not wearing shapewear here, and it’s actually warm on the inside too.Affordable, flattering, and easy to dress up with boots, a jacket, or a long coat.#LTKStyleTip #LTKFinds #FallStyle #Over50Style #AffordableFashion

My current workout routine has a few new favorites. 💙 I'm loving this Halara jumpsuit for the gym, plus my electric shaker bottle and electrolyte packets make staying hydrated so much easier. Little upgrades like these help me stay consistent.

After all the skin issues I’ve had lately, I’ve become VERY picky about moisturizers. This ILLIYOON Ceramide Ato Lotion has been such a nice find—fragrance-free, lightweight but still moisturizing, and I can use it on both my face and body. I’ve especially been liking it as a nighttime moisturizer. 🤍#LTKBeauty #SkincareOver50 #CeramideMoisturizer #DrySkin #SensitiveSkin #SkinBarrier #KBeauty

Apparently this wasn’t a one-and-done. 😂☕️ I’m still reaching for the Javy Caramel Latte Protein Coffee when I want my coffee with a little extra protein—and my PROMiXX has become part of the routine too.I love when something I try for content actually becomes something I USE. 🙌🏾🤎Both are linked below!

Slowly building out my little home workout space, and this MERACH balance trainer has been such a good addition. I can use it for balance, core, strength work, planks, and it even comes with resistance bands. I’m still learning all the ways to use it, which honestly makes it even better. 💙 Pretty packaging caught my attention, but the formula kept it in my routine. The COSRX Blue Peptide Bakuchiol Plump Glow Serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly, layers beautifully with the rest of my skincare, and doesn't pill under moisturizer. A great everyday serum if you like simple, hydrating skincare.

Working on the muscle AND the skin 💪🏾✨I’ve been putting in the work at the gym, but body care is part of the routine too. I’m trying the goPure Firming Butt & Thigh Cream to help improve the look of texture and give my skin a smoother, firmer appearance. Consistency is the plan — now we see what happens!#goPure #BodyCare #FirmingCream #Over50Beauty #SkinCareOver50

My sister SWEARS by these for dark spots, so of course I had to try them. 😂 After my recent allergic reaction, I’m being very careful about adding skincare back in, but first use: no stinging, itching or irritation. 🙌🏾 I’m working on this hyperpigmentation, so now we’re going to see if these actually make a difference. 👀

Trying luxury body care so you don't have to. 💛 This shower oil wasn't a repurchase for me, but pairing it with an exfoliating mitt made a big difference. Sharing my honest thoughts—and the products I used—in case you're curious!

One jacket, three completely different looks. 👀This Halara 3-in-1 jacket can be worn with both pieces together, as a cropped puffer on its own, or as the longer curved-hem athletic jacket by itself.I styled it three ways — with fleece-lined leggings and boots, with Halara jeans for a casual look, and with leggings and sneakers for a sportier outfit.Everything I’m wearing is linked here on LTK so you can shop the full looks.

I liked the COSRX Blue Peptide Serum on its own, but pairing it with the Plump Bounce Cream is where this routine really came together for me. 💙The serum is lightweight and layers beautifully, while the cream gives me that richer, moisturized feel I love—especially at night. If you’re looking at the Blue Peptide line, I definitely prefer these two together. 👏🏾Shop both products below. 👇🏾#COSRX #SkincareOver50 #MatureSkin #Over50Beauty #SkincareFavorites
