Probably my favorite wellness product I invested in last year was a weighted vest! It completely transformed my cardio endurance. I started with 12lb vest and now I currently have 20lb. They always recommend between 5 to 10% of your own body weight. Start lower and build buildup. Right now it’s nearly 50% off during Black Friday.. now is the time to buy it!!
