What’s your why? Why do you workout? Or stay active? Or try to eat better? My why is because I want to be able to do all the things! I want to: ✔️ Run around with my grandkids ✔️ Go up and down the stairs a million times a day ✔️ Walk miles on the beach chasing the sunrise or sunset ✔️ Go to Disney and walk all day (never been there) ✔️ Park anywhere in the parking lot instead of trying to find the closest empty spot ✔️ Clean the house and do yard work without having to rest the next day ✔️ Stay independent. My husband used to grocery shop for his grandparents and they were only in their 70s. I don’t want that to happen to me. ✔️ Travel ✔️ Stay feisty and free I am sure there is so much more I can’t think of right now. 🤗 What is your why? Tell me in the comments!
