Cooking and baking at home literally doesn’t have to be hard🤷🏽‍♀️ it may take a bit longer, but the freshness and the way it reduces bloating and aches is worth all the extra minutes😌😍 I activated 2 1/4 tsp of yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and sugar. Cover until the yeast has risen (foamy lookinish) and then add in a little less than 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 tsp of salt, and 3/4 cup of warm water. Mix together and add in about 4 cups of AP flour until the dough is thoroughly mixed. If it’s still sticking to your fingers, slowly add in more flour until it no longer sticks to your hands.🙌🏽 Cover the dough until doubled in size and then punch out the air and place it on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 8 pieces and slowly form them into balls. Place on a baking sheet and let it rise for about 30 minutes to an hour. While they’re rising, preheat your oven to 375 and butter the buns. Cook them for like 16 minutes and then remove from the oven. Slice the babies in half and then create your delicious burger🤤😋 it was delicious and lowkey could go for another one!💙💙 homemade recipes burgers bread simplyseaasoned simplymadisynn greatjones bakingsheet cookware LTKFindsUnder50 LTKWatchNow LTKHome
