Hey! I’m Alli — a middle school counselor who loves finding cute, comfy outfits that actually work for real life. I share affordable fashion, everyday favorites, and easy outfit ideas you can feel good in. If you love practical style and a good deal without the stress, you’re in the right place.

The second is this dual action pain reliever! No other medication (including excedrin migraine) works as good.

If you’re a fellow migraine girlie, I’ve got two things to share with you that have changed the game for me. No other medication or “ritual” works for me besides this. This cold cap is so incredibly soothing & instantly relieves some of the pain. I keep this in the fridge instead of freezer, because the freezer is just a bit too cold for me. It blocks out light & squeezes your head & just truly feels so good.
