If you’re a fellow migraine girlie, I’ve got two things to share with you that have changed the game for me. No other medication or “ritual” works for me besides this. This cold cap is so incredibly soothing & instantly relieves some of the pain. I keep this in the fridge instead of freezer, because the freezer is just a bit too cold for me. It blocks out light & squeezes your head & just truly feels so good.
