Did my make up and put on this dress because my husband will be home soon 🥰 and for some reason that really irks some people on the internet 🤷🏽‍♀️😂😭 While some girls dream of climbing the corporate ladder — and I know because I used to be one of you 😉 — other girls dream of working in their home and serving their household. Both are needed; and both roles are important and equally impactful in their own way. And as much as we need women in the work force, we equally need women at home pouring into their children, pouring into others, their community and curating beautiful and fulfilled lives 🤍🤍🤍 All of this to say … LADIES!!! WAKE UP! Whatever you choose to do with your life: in work, in love, in travel, in choices… it is all up to you. It is all YOUR choice and I’m so incredibly happy for you!! AND THAT IS ON HOW FEMINISM in 2026 SHOULD BE!!! HAVING THE CHOICE, and doing what YOU — AS A WOMAN WANTS!!! AND OTHER WOMEN SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING THAT! THAT is feminism!!! Spreading love, and doing whatever the f*<k makes you happy… NOT shaming women for choosing a lifestyle different than your own 🙄😵‍💫 and after working 2-3 jobs my whole life, with my first job being paid under the table at 11 years old, I’m not going to apologize for MY CHOICES making YOU feel uncomfortable… bc this is the life for me 💅🏼✨ I’ve worked long and hard enough. If that’s not enough for you, then so be it. I’m also not “sending women back in time”, if anything, I’m inspiring women to go after all their dreams no matter how bold or silly they seem… I’m sharing that life working in the home instead of for the “big man” is still possible in this day and age and ECONOMY… and if anything … I hope to inspire more girls that their dreams CAN come true!
