My favorite way to preserve garlic, whether it’s about to start sprouting and I need to use it or if I just want to make my meal prep simpler, is by chopping up fresh garlic, and adding it to a silicone mold. From there, I top the garlic with EV olive oil (*single sourced from Italy is the best*) and pop in the freezer. Once frozen, I toss my little olive oil/garlic cubes into a freezer safe bag, separate, and flash freeze again on a baking sheet to ensure they don’t stick together… and there you have it! I hope everyone is having a great Sunday, and don’t forget to take your power (and your health!!!) back in the kitchen. Small habits build over time, but they can start today 💖💫 homesteading garlic oliveoil foodpreservation kitchenhacksthatwork
