John let me live out my “moody English hunting lodge” dreams in his office and it’s one of everybody’s favorite spaces (especially Piglet 🐶). The walls are full of sentimental and collected pieces that we love, and the moody blue paint color makes it feel so cozy. Piglet LOVES to lay on the back of the couch and look out the window. He’s also very particular about this cushion — we tried to rotate it out with another one so it didn’t get too worn and he wouldn’t even sit on the other one… so this one is all his 😂 John let me live out my “moody English hunting lodge” dreams in his office and it’s one of everybody’s favorite spaces (especially Piglet 🐶). I finally found a pair of matching frames for these blue prints at an estate sale. We found these blue prints in the workshop from 1999 when the screened in porch was added and I felt like they were perfect for this gallery wall. I want to get new mats, but the frames are just perfect here! I found this framed, hand painted reproduction of The Arab Tent by Edwin Henry Landseer at an estate sale last year for $60 and it’s one of those pieces I wish I could have in multiple spaces all at once. The texture on the piece is just stunning, the frame is INCREDIBLE, and I just love anything with animals 🥹
