One thing I hate is leggings that roll down. Last year I went on the hunt to find the perfect squad and lunch proof leggings that also snatch your waist and bought them in every color.

I’m wearing a size large hair, but they’re stretchy so if you want more compression, definitely get a medium

This is also sculpting but soft molds to you . I’m wearing a medium.

Like to smell good in the gym so after my shower, I layer on a nice velvet body butter. My current fave is this one from Bath and body Works, then I lay on my favorite perfume from Rao, which is a nice clean scent
