Chiiiile, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) be taking my happy ass OUT 😩 BUT I finally remembered to try light therapy. I haven’t opened the box yet but I will report back with updates. This particular light comes highly recommended because it has the 10,000 LUX as shown by science to be affective in treating SAD. Also make sure you check put the PBS News Hour video on treating SAD on their YouTube channel for more info on how to get started, things to avoid, etc.
