One of my favourite self-care practises is journaling!
It has so many beautiful benefits:

Originally what started as counting blessings (an incredible practise for gratitude and realizing how incredible life is at any given moment), quickly turned into writing about anything and everything.
I use it as stress relief when I am worrying or overthinking something.
I use it to expand on ideas, desires, and goals I have.
I find it helps me be more aware of my thoughts and emotions, which helps me to be more aligned.
The physical act of writing is calming for me.
I use it for daily gratitude still too!
I absolutely love the beautiful journals and products paperblanks create. They are incredibly unique and fun. The colourful markers add to the fun and joy of journaling too.
