A few wellness inspired things that got me through the first full week of post-holiday reset: 1.) Home cooked recipes from my favorite cookbooks 2.) Home gym reset including FINALLY getting an affordable weight rack for our dumbbells and delivery of our Peloton Tread+ (LOVING it!). 3.) Developing more intentional mealtime rituals with a pretty linen tablecloth, fresh đ for my hot water habit, and new restaurant-style entree plates that make my meals feel fancier.
