Transferring leftover starter to a clean jar is the WORST part of the sourdough making process for me. I don’t know why, but I dread it,and sometimes it makes me want to just not bother. But… thank goodness for innovation, because some genius created a hybrid spoon/spatula that makes the whole ordeal 100x easier. Remember the genius of the spork? Kinda like that.
