Feeding breastmilk on the go doesn’t have to be difficult! ✨ These are the tools and little systems that have made outings, errands, and road trips SO much easier for us — especially since we aren’t breastfeeding and exclusively bottle-feed. Before we leave the house, I make sure baby girl is fed, changed, and that I’ve packed everything we’ll need depending on how long we’ll be out. I also check the time of her last feeding and predict when the next one will be. That helps me know exactly how much milk to bring — and I always pack a couple of extra ounces just in case she’s hungrier than usual.
