Feeding breastmilk on the go doesn’t have to be difficult! ✨

These are the tools and little systems that have made outings, errands, and road trips SO much easier for us — especially since we aren’t breastfeeding and exclusively bottle-feed.

Before we leave the house, I make sure baby girl is fed, changed, and that I’ve packed everything we’ll need depending on how long we’ll be out. I also check the time of her last feeding and predict when the next one will be. That helps me know exactly how much milk to bring — and I always pack a couple of extra ounces just in case she’s hungrier than usual.

I hope this helps another parent feel more confident getting out of the house. 🩷

Here are my favorite purchases for the month of March!
1. I love this distract because it allows you to expand or collapse it depending on how many dishes you will be putting on the rack and has been so awesome!
2. I love this little space heater. I have it in my office and works great as my office is typically FREEZING!
3. Love this black sheer body suit! So cute and love the detailing (it’s ruched!).
4. I switched body wash recently and this doesn’t disappoint! Smells good and leaves my skin silky soft!!
5. This is a great body suit! I wore this in Utah for a friends bachelorette party with cargo pants and it was so cute!
6. Another great body suit! I wore this in Utah as well!
7. I have fallen in love with this Octobuddy. If you are someone who like to take pictures everywhere - you need this. It has been so helpful to take pictures without a tripod and we used it a lot in Utah for the Bachelorette party! Pretty much sticks to every surface other than wood and paint!
8. I use this bag to carry my lunch and my gym clothes when I go to work! It’s the perfect size and holds a lot!!
9. This stuff - is AMAZING! I love Wonderskin and I am a believer. I wear it every day as either a lip liner or on the whole lip!! It lasts for hours through chapstick, eating, talking, etc. I love that doesn’t make your lips feel dry like other lip stains either. I typically wear the ‘XOXO’ as a liner or the whole lip for day wear, ‘CHARMING’ as a lip liner or whole lip for night wear, and then I have ‘BELLA’ as my third color. I haven’t worn Bella too much yet because it’s much darker than I am used to 😅 I would recommend getting the Activator spray on the Wonderskin website because that sets your lip stain and helps with peeling it off easier
10. I love these essential oils! I have them for my office!
11. This is the essential oils diffuser for my office and love this too!

The greatest Converse dupes on Amazon and they are less than $25! And let me add they are extremely comfortable. I am on my feet a lot at work, and I wore them all day without breaking them in. They are also really easy to wipe down which is great for white sneakers. I do feel like they run a little large as I typically wear a 7 1/2 and a 7 fits comfortably. I purchased both a 7 and a 8 and decided to go with the size 7.
