Rhythms. That’s my word for 2020. I want to have daily rhythms that work, that are fool proof. Rhythms to ground myself, focus on Jesus, eat healthy and get a good sweat on. Since having Remi, there has been only survival mode and now that he’s one and I’m officially weaning him, I’m ready to get myself back. The last 7 1/2 years of my life have been about bearing children and while I’m sad to say that chapter is probably over, I’m excited to get back part of myself back. What are your fool proof rhythms?
