We are very strict about screen time, not just for kids - but also for adults! We try not to use our phones when we’re around our baby, and this is a fun way to help keep ourselves in check. Using the phone box is nice bc it doesn’t feel like a punishment, just a place to put our phones to have them “out of sight, out of mind,” and break that nasty habit of being bored for one minute and then absentmindedly picking up our phones. 😅 We like to “invite” each other to put our phones in the box after work and have a little digital detox/device-free time and it works really well for us!
