A winter coat you won’t believe is under $60 from Amazon! I love this neutral beige color because it looks so polished and goes with everything. It does come in 15+ colors to choose from, too! I took a size down to wear over my light long sleeves here in AZ, but I suggest getting your normal size if you plan to wear it over sweaters and warmer tops.

3 outfits I wore this week as a kindergarten teacher in January! ❄️

These are my real life teacher outfits I’ve worn this week with our Arizona weather being a little chilly! I know a lot of you asked for winter teacher outfits so here is a few I love and wanted to share!

Size & fit info: (1 am 5’5” for reference and usually wear a size 4/27 and small.)
Denim shacket outfit: I am in my normal size S in the denim shirt. I sized down to a 2 from my normal size 4 in the jeans because they have an awesome hugging stretch. They’re my favorite jeans because they don’t bag out.
Amazon pullover + camo pants outfit: I am in my normal size small in both of these pieces. The half-zip pullover comes in a lot of colors and is such a nice, soft fleece!
Button Pullover outfit: I’m in my normal size S in the pullover. It comes in more pretty colors! So cute with leopard shoes. The jeans are stretchy yet hug you and don’t bag out. LOVE them! Get your normal size or size down.

Size info— More colors in the tops and pants! I loved everything I tried on- perfect for now and into spring. The patch pocket pants (in green) are my style at J.Crew Factory every time I go in! They come in more colors and feel like they run small, so I sized up one size. Everything else (twill tie pants, cropped jeans, cuffed wide leg jeans, crewneck sweater, chambray button up shirt, and short sleeve shirt all fit true to size. I’m in my normal size 4/27 and small! 3 spring pants & tops at Target! 🎯

Size info— More colors in everything! I loved everything I tried on for spring- the short sleeve sweater & wide leg jean, new linen-blend pant styles with fun prints and stripes, too!! I’m 5’5” and wear a size 4/27 and small for reference. I’m in my normal size small in the sweater top. The jeans run small IMO and I sized up (they come in different washes, too). I am in my normal size S for the striped and floral linen-blend pants but think I would like them more on me in a size M so they’re a little more flowy. I’d recommend sizing up!

New at Loft: Hearts, Pants and Jeans! 🩷❤️🩷

It was so fun to go in and see what’s new at loft! Lots of cute things for Valentine’s Day per usual. I also got to try on their new jeans. The store had these wide leg pairs and a straight leg pair. I found that they ran big and had to size down one size from my normal size. Their Palmer wide leg pants are always a favorite of mine for work, and they come in such cute colors right now!

I’m 5’5” and wear a size 4/27 and small for reference. I am in my normal size S in the valentines tops. I sized down to an XS in the ribbed top with gold buttons. The Palmer pants both fit TTS, I’m in a 4. The blue and ivory wide leg jeans both ran big, I sized down one size.

These are my real life teacher outfits I’ve worn last year and this year when our weather finally got chilly! I know a lot of you asked for winter teacher outfits so here is a few I love and wanted to reshare!

Size & fit info: (1 am 5’5” for reference and usually wear a
size 4/27 and small.)

Tunic Sweater outfit: I am in my normal size S in the color “nutmeg”. Some colors are on deal for around $25! I’m in my normal size S in the faux leather leggings.
Blazer Vest outfit: I sized down one size in the vest and am in my normal size 4/27 on the slim flare jeans (this year’s black slim flares don’t have the pin tuck down the front). LOVE this dressier outfit for work!
Denim Shirt outfit: if you’ve been here awhile you know a denim shirt has been such a closet staple for me! I highly recommend the for teachers! Target brought this one back, yay! I love it with stripes and skinny jeans.
Fleece Vest outfit: everything fits TTS. I love the side ties and Free People inspo of this vest! More colors! The soft ribbed top is a great winter closet staple.
Button Pullover outfit: I’m in my normal size S in the pullover. It comes in more pretty colors! So cute with leopard shoes. The jeans are stretchy yet hug you and don’t bag out. LOVE them! Get your normal size or size down.

On the hunt for cute teacher sneakers! I went in the store and immediately was drawn Puma sneakers and Adidas sneakers and wondering which is your favorite? I’m having such a hard time making a decision! I want a fun pop of color but know I wear my white ones so much because they’re neutral.

I have had these white Target ones for 2.5 years and they’ve seen better days and are looking so worn 🫣 I think this time I’m gonna splurge a little bit so that they last longer.

•Outfit 2– $29.98 *on deal* Fleece Vest with side ties. Gives Free People on an Amazon budget! Comes in many colors and fits TTS, I’m in a S. Feels so cute and comfy to wear! (My pintuck slim flares are from Loft last year, linking similar.)

Size info— More colors in everything! I loved everything I tried on- the short sleeve sweater, the long sleeved “valentines” sweaters, wide leg jeans, new linen-blend pant style with fun red or blue stripes, and the athleisure peplum zip up, “scuba” pants, and bow pants!! I’m 5’5” and wear a size 4/27 and small for reference. I’m in my normal size small in all of the tops & sweaters. The jeans run small IMO and I sized up (they come in 2 more washes, too). I am in my normal size S for the striped linen-blend pants but think I would like them more on me in a size M so they’re a little more flowy. The bow pants fit fine in a S but I sized up to a M for a baggier fit (they also come in red/pink). The “scuba” athleisure pants are SO comfy! Would be great for travel. I fit fine in the S but liked how cozy the M size felt. The gray lounge pants are oversized and comfy in my normal size S. (More colors + tops that match!)

Bow pants for the first day back to work in January! 🎀

Just a teacher who wanted to be in her loungewear on the couch but put on “semi-real” pants today and went to work. 😆 I’M SOOOO TIRED after our Monday back guys!! Plus did you drive to work with a full moon staring at you too?! 😳 The energy level today was 110 mph just GO GO GO! I didn’t realize how comfy (and lazy) l’ve felt being a stay at home dog mom for 2 weeks in my pjs. 😂 Missing my couch and my own schedule but of course was happy to see my students and be back in my kindergarten classroom today! I just miss all the peace and quiet of home, and am thankful for all of that time I had to recharge… now to go to bed early tonight😅

The denim jacket is such a teacher staple item— I got it from Loft and sized down to an XS.
