Yoni Poppin’ Protein Smoothie 💕

Recipe:
• 2 scoops unflavored whey protein from @heartandsoilsupplements 
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 tbsp flaxseed
• 1 cup coconut milk
• Honey optional
