I’ve never been big into New Years Resolutions but I’m definitely feeling it for 2022. Per usual, goal 1 will be to start eating healthier and working out consistently, and goal 2 not get every.single.cold that goes through the house 😳. I’m planning on trying this whole macro counting thing. Has anyone tried it? I’d love to hear some other healthy resolutions! Until then, enjoy all the wine and leftovers you can handle.
