Everything I wore for Parent’s Weekend as a 52-year-old empty nester! 🍂🤎 Did I pack correctly? Absolutely not. 😂 Thank goodness I threw this cardigan in at the last minute because I ended up wearing it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The other hero of the weekend? My matchstick jeans. Seriously, these two pieces carried my entire wardrobe. My one packing win? I stuck to all neutrals, so everything mixed and matched, even when the weather (and my outfit planning) didn't cooperate. If you are a woman over 40 with dry and mature skin, cream blush is your best friend! It melts into our skin going you a lovely natural flush and is so flattering.

Powder blush can sit on top of your skin and can make emphasize dry skin and make it look flat!

My top tip for applying blush is to remember what I call the 3 finger rule!
Place 3 fingers next to your nose and do not apply any blush there.

Apply blush in an upward motion and blend out! Do you see how it visually lifts your entire face? Such an easy tip!
