Solo travel is my own form of #selfcare. While it can seem daunting, traveling on your own is incredibly liberating! You pick wherever and whenever you want to go, what you want to do, and what you want to eat. It might seem straight forward, but even when you're traveling with your family, or best friend, or partner, you end up doing some things you don't necessarily want to do, or you might skip something that really excites you! I've traveled alone all over the world—from Mozambique to Egypt to France and they've been some of my all-time favorite trips.
