the viral s’mores cookie got a halloween makeover 👻🍪 these little ghost s’mores cookies are SO easy and still one of my favorite halloween treats! perfect for a spooky movie night, halloween party, or just because 👻🖤 RECIPE: 🎃 Halloween S’mores Cookies Recipe Ingredients • Graham crackers • Hershey’s chocolate bars (2 squares per cookie) • Marshmallows (cut in half or even into fourths for a thinner layer inside) • Refrigerated cookie dough (2 pieces pressed together per cookie) • White melting chocolate • Black gel icing (for the ghost face) • Parchment paper Instructions 1. Preheat oven as directed on the cookie dough package. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place graham crackers on top. 3. On each cracker, layer: – 2 squares of Hershey’s chocolate – A thin piece of marshmallow (½ or ¼ of one, so it doesn’t puff up too much). 4. Gently press 2 pieces of cookie dough together and place on top of each graham stack. 5. Bake according to package directions. Let cool for a few minutes. 6. Melt white chocolate.
