at the moment vegas has become my second home - between the constant traveling for work and even spending some vacation days here it's truly a magical city.

but even though we're here for work or fun we always manage to get a workout in. the workout uniform is on full display here.

Hi loves! I’ve gained a few followers the past few days so I figured a reintroduction is needed.

My name is Karen, I’m a flight attendant. My personal style is casual streetwear. I’ll dress up here and there but for day to day I love to be comfortable and cool. I’m either in jeans or athleisure 😁

The content I typically post is my makeup routine, skincare favorites, fashion photos, fitness wear but most importantly travel! It’s a bit of everything but in the most simplest way. Y’all can expect me to be honest with the products I share and if I’m sharing something it’s because I either personally own it or was gifted it and have tried it for over a month.

I’ll give you my honest reviews, my favorite outfits, places to shop and any important big sales!

since learning about having an auto immune issue and learning how to eat for my body - my workouts have also changed. i learned walking is better for me than running. strength training is also good for me and on my layovers i do utilize the hotel gyms a lot!

i actually love programming my workouts and knowing what works best for my body now i can truly start seeing results. this is my workout uniform - shorts and a baggy top!

im not comfortable in tight tops yet but one day ill be there.

if i could write all the things and places i've visited this summer it'd be a wild ride. but my top favorite black dress is from skims because no matter the location or the weather this dress just dresses up or down for any occasion.

not to mention she fits perfectly on your body. if you haven't gotten the viral little black dress (lbd) already runnnn.. they even have it in a mini version and seriously been debating on purchasing it.

looking for a cute outfit to explore a new city and then travel back home - well here it is! you'll see me tag them a lot but these workout pants from the YPB collection from Abercrombie are a must have for me.

they are great to workout in, explore the city in and then travel back home as well. plus they are so sleek and just pair well with a cute crop top or a light jacket.

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKActive #LTKootd

Cheers to October 1st!! Working out is something that always keeps me grounded and mentally healthy. It’s a time I can just be fully into myself and away from any noise. You’ll see this outfit a lot because it’s truly a workout set I feel so confident in. The best part is it’s from Amazon!

#LTKActive #LTKfitnessgoals #LTKootd

After a full day of traveling my skin desperately needs hydration. Before another round of flights tomorrow and a fun layover city, today is skincare maintenance day! We’re doing the best face mask for bringing hydration back to my skin and my favorite skincare hydration drink. ✨

We’re relaxing & hydrating at the same time.

#LTKgrwm #LTKselfcare #LTKBeauty

Even while I’m flying I’m always trying my best to get my workouts in. I’ve started bringing my cutest workout shorts to help motivate me. This outfit is completely from Amazon except the shoes! These shorts are so soft and comfortable!! Highly recommend & I owe 3 of them!

#LTKfitnessgoals #LTKootd #LTKActive

I’m exploring Boston today & wanted a light no makeup makeup look to feel a bit put together in the summer sun. I love this makeup by Mario blush - adds color to my face and of course went with both my must have staples: Sunscreen & mascara!

What’s your go to no makeup look? 👀

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKgrwm #LTKBeauty

As a flight attendant I’m consistently going through tights because they rip, get caught in something or just fall down, but since I’ve been wearing Noosh it’s been a whole different story.

I’m normally a size S/M but had to size down with Noosh so they would stop riding down. They sit perfectly on your hips and tummy to add that extra support and hold and these tights last! I’ve had some for over a year now and still no rips. They come in so many sizes and colors truly the best tights ever!!

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKgrwm #LTKTravel

My summer must haves! For the best beach days, I always bring water for hydration and the drink sprinter hydration packets cause we’re also hydrating our skin!!

Next is the best everyday natural makeup by @Merit !! I’ve loved their flush balm blush for years I use the shade Beverly Hills and to die for!! Next is the Merithighlighting balm- perfect for that glowly skin. I love to use mine on my shoulders and along my collarbone plus on the nose. Truly amazing and so perfect I’m loving the shade Cava. If you’re heading out for lunch after apply the Merit signature lip for a little spice and color on the lip. The best part is all of merit products are clean and even EU compliant which is great for us sensitive skin girlies!

Lastly, a cute tote bag and towel and we’re ready for a perfect summer day! ☀️

Hi! @Aerie is having a LTK sale for the next 48 hours! My favorite athleisure wear is from Aerie, their biker shorts are incredible. I own like 5 of them and trust I’ll own every color if I could. They are comfortable, chic, fit like a glove.

I’ve recently gotten some of their sports bra and ooo they are good too! Definitely worth investing if you’re a gym girly like me. I live in these shorts.

#LTKfitnessgoals #LTKSaleAlert #LTKxAerie

These @Aerie biker shorts are my favorite workout shorts ever!!! So comfortable, seamless and just flattering on your body.

I own at least like 4-5 of these pairs! Navy, black, lavender and a baby blue they are all gorgeous and great for the price. This is definitely my daily gym fit while I’m home in South Florida. #athleisure

New spring nail set!! Absolutely in love with the chrome and baby pink! Also are almond nails and this length my new identity?

#LTKBeauty #LTKdayinmylife

My gym must have! A good pair of sneakers, black leggings and a hat! Plus you need a good Stanley and headphones.

I live in on cloud sneakers they are the most comfortable for everyday but also great to workout in. A hat because some days it’s almost hair wash day but you need an extra day.

For headphones, I either use my AirPod max’s or my beat pro headphones.

#LTKActive #LTKfitnessgoals #LTKGiftGuide

Merry Christmas everyone and Happy Holidays! I’m so grateful to have today off but start 6 days of flying tomorrow.

If you’re looking for a great pair of tights I highly recommend the Noosh tights. They fit so comfortably and suck you right in at the tummy area. They also last me a super long time without tearing or ripping. They have a ton of different colors and sheer, opaque and even warm ones.

As a flight attendant these have been my go to. I use to go through pairs of pantyhose in just the span of a month and now maybe every 6+ months I need a new pair because of rips. I’ll also link my amazon boots- they’re perfect if you have wider calves and are so flattering!

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKgrwm #LTKTravel

This wavy hair style look took me 20 minutes! I recently chopped my hair off and added bangs so I’ve been trying to figure out which hair styles fit me best and are quick.

The hair tool is by Bombay. Truly the best hair tools. I’ve had their 5 in 1 curling wand since highschool and my friends loved it so much I’ve actually gifted them it a few Christmas ago. You can use my code “KARENB30” unless there’s already a sale happening!

#LTKGiftGuide #LTKHoliday #LTKgrwm

My favorite tights / pantyhose ever! They rarely rip and are so durable. I’m a flight attendant so I use to go through tights like every month and with Noosh now I only stock up once a year. So comfortable and no weird pantyhose line just slim and comfortable fit.

#LTKPetite #LTKootd #LTKWorkwear

Created this gorgeous wavy hair look with the Bombay Hair straightener! It was my first time trying to wave my hair this way and so glad it came out amazingly!

To be fair, Bombay Hair tools are the best and amazing on your hair. The best part they always have a great sale going on for Black Friday and cyber Monday!

#LTKgrwm #LTKCyberWeek #LTKFindsUnder50

Black Friday Shopping is live! revolve you can get up to 80% off items & check their beauty page too for some great steals and deals! This red dress was under $105 on revolve and I wore it to a wedding recently.

It’s such a sexy red color and the silhouette just hugged my body great alongside my skims shape wear, which is also having a great sale! I’ll link my favorites below.

#LTKWedding #LTKCyberWeek #LTKGiftGuide

Black Friday is here and New Balance is having up to 40% select styles. I love the NB 9060 sneakers so comfortable for walking, traveling and everyday wear!

Busy & long day today with flying. I’m so happy to be at the hotel and getting in a quick workout in.

My favorite sneakers to workout in are ON Cloud, they’re great for running, strength training, HIIT & even stretching.

I tested new running shorts today and not sure if I’m a fan of them or not. Will need to do another cardio day before I give my final okay.

#LTKTravel #LTKActive #LTKShoeCrush

Iceland was pretty iconic but also wearing this white set in like 50 degree winds was pretty iconic as well.

I’ve always been afraid of setting up a tripod in public and caring what people would think but in reality no one really cared. So if you’re questioning whether to take the photo or bring your tripod just do it. Have your trip, take the photo and don’t let what others think or what you think people think of you affect you.

If you’re about to go hiking whether it’s the cold Iceland landscape or the hot Nevada desert you need a good pair of hiking boots & waterproof socks.

I found these Columbia pair of hiking shoes off amazon and truly were so comfortable and a great price because they came the next day. Definitely need to plan my next hike to take them out again.

Roaming the streets of Amsterdam.

My favorite thing to do is just walking around the main roads and sightseeing a new city by foot. It’s fall season in Amsterdam but I always travel with a good pair of blue jeans and a comfortable flattering t shirt.

#LTKStyleTip #LTKTravel #LTKPetite

Take me back to Iceland. A few weeks ago I took a vacation to Iceland for a few days and had the absolute best time. Iceland is truly unreal and traveling there was the best vacation I could take.

I did a solo road trip to a bunch of different sites to see and it was truly magical. My outfit was a pure hiking outfit for the cold and can’t recommend some of the items enough!!

I’ll be the first to say Amazon is truly the best place to shop. I didn’t have much time to shop and was also looking for hiking outfits and hiking shoes that aren’t going to charge an arm and a leg.

#LTKPetite #LTKTravel #LTKSeasonal

Had to go do my annual qualification for work and it’s a whole day of classroom and hands on training and tests. I always try to be comfortable since it’s all day but also want to look my best.

We can’t wear hoodies or anything with a hood so this sweater is perfect because those classes be cold!! My Good American blue jeans are my favorite to wear- comfortable, stretchy & chic.

#LTKPetite #LTKStyleTip #LTKWorkwear

Today’s the last day for Amazon prime day deals! They’ve been so good so far and I’ve already done some shopping! I always like to restock on my main things like pimple patches, body wash, etc. during prime day but also have been so into Amazon fashion.

Their clothing is truly so good and affordable. I’m wearing the Noosh panty hose and I love them. I have a ton for work and a nude pair and they fit so perfectly and snatch you in.

#LTKStyleTip #LTKBeauty #LTKSaleAlert

Get ready with me for work! Had a quick home layover and then off to Vegas. This is my everyday makeup look for work. It last all day long and looks so effortless and chic. I do double blush and still feel like I need more blush. 😂

My makeup products are my top favorites and must have items from Sephora and the Victoria Beckham contour wand- I haven’t stopped using it since I bought it.

#LTKBeauty #LTKFindsUnder100 #LTKTravel

Today is the start of Amazon Prime Day deals! Make sure you sign up for Amazon prime to access the deals and if you’re already a prime member, I’ll link my Amazon favorites during the sale.

I’m starting with tech & home goods. Also keep an eye out on your favorite or wish list items because some deals are lightening deals which means until they hit their target goal not all day long.

What are you picking up during the prime day sale from Amazon?

#LTKSaleAlert #LTKActive #LTKHome

With summer over, I just want to vacation to a nice tropical area one last time!

I’ve been working hard, eating well, hitting the gym and doing what I need to, to get my body in the best shape. It’s been a slow progress but I’m starting to visually see the difference and others notice it too.

Sharing my favorite bathing suits stores- bikini, one pieces, cover-ups. From pretty little thing, boohoo, suit swims for all, Amazon. Right now most of the stores are on sale since it’s the winter months. Go grab next summers bikini now!

#LTKSwim #LTKSaleAlert #LTKTravel

Amsterdam has been such a fun city to explore and visit! They’re definitely in fall weather. For our night out I went with these amazing white windbreaker pants from Amazon so flattering and comfortable. I paired that with a black mesh bodysuit and my alo sport bra underneath.

I was comfortable for the walking but definitely giving party outfit for the nightclub. My style is definitely more street style- oversized pieces with a little femininity.
