I can’t really explain just how nice this coat is, the quality is really, really good for the high street. Hand-finished, double-faced wool, you really feel like you’re slipping into a designer coat. It’s got that kind of satisfying weight to it whilst still being fluid and malleable. Not bulky, which I really look for in a good winter coat because I like to wear a lot of chunky knitwear. The scarf detail is such a nice touch too, having the matching scarf just adds to the finish. Reached for grey denim for a change and comfy black boots.

For a wardrobe piece I consider a modern classic in my repertoire, it’s mad I only actually wear this black blazer in the autumn/winter months. She’s been stowed away all summer long and now it’s finally time to get her back out.

Perfectly outsized, draping nicely off the shoulders and falling into a fluid yet structured silhouette, I defy you to find a better everyday tailored blazer.
