Venice Food & Drink Reccomendations 🍝
Appertivo:
• Gran Caffè Chioggio in St. Mark’s Square. They have a live band performing & beautiful views of the square, St. Mark’s, Doge Palace & the water. Drinks come with complimentary nibbles.
Lunch:
• Ristorante Omnibus on the Grand Canal. The restaurant is right on the water offering amazing views of the Grand Canal and the Realto Bridge. The service was wonderful as was the food! I recommend getting the spaghetti with clams!
Dinner:
•Osteria Fanal Del Codega. This is more of a local spot. The restaurant is right on a quiet canal. It’s romantic & the food is amazing! We orders the bresaola carpaccio for a starter. The meat was melt in your mouth delicious! And the duck ragu lasagna which was also insanely good!
*Juice, sodas & alcohol free beer & wine were consumed. 🍼

Rye Rickey 🧊
2.5oz rye
Juice of 1 lime
1tsp Cointreau
Club soda
Shake rye, lime juice and Cointreau over ice
Pour in a tall glass over 2 large cubes.
Top with club soda.

Dill Mustard Sauce 🥄
Ingredients:
½ cup Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dry ground mustard
6 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup white wine vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
6 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions:
Combine the Dijon mustard, ground mustard, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl
Slowly whisk in the oil and stir in the chopped dill
Serve with smoked salmon and dark pumpernickel bread

Pink Negroni

Lychee Martini 🌸
2 oz vodka
1 oz Soho Lychee Liqueur
0.5 oz lime juice
Shake over ice and serve

Dirty Martini 🍸
3oz vodka
.5oz olive brine
.25oz water
Shake over ice for 2 minutes and serve with olives.
