This is hands down the most intuitive toothbrush I have ever owned. WOW! 🦷💎
It’s like having a professional clean at home every day. The @OralB iO5 has five different smart modes and built in AI and bluetooth so it can connect with the Oral B app and coach you on your brushing. It knows exactly what part of your mouth you’re brushing and if you’re applying too much pressure! 🤯
It’s pretty impressive for such a tiny gadget. Definitely worth checking out and overhauling your brushing game. I picked mine up at @Target.

I took the last few years off from the gym, and boy am I feeling it! I’m working to get back into my regular workout routine, so I picked up a @Fitbit Inspire 3 at @target to help me stay on track.
It reminds me to get up and move regularly during my work day (which I really need), tracks my fitness progress, and celebrates me when I hit my goals. Those little reminders and cheers are such a nice motivator, pushing me to keep going.
I find I use the 2 min relax feature pretty often. It walks you through a little breathing exercise and monitors your breath and heart rate. A nice reminder that health isn’t just raising your heart rate, but slowing it down too.

Work from home looking a little different today.
I picked up a few pairs of @hanes X-Temp Total Support Pouch boxer briefs from @target. They have X-Temp cooling technology, so you start and stay cool all day and the Total Support Pouch with mesh panels for separation and support. I mean, they had me at “underwear" and "mesh paneling"… but fully delivered on the temperature control part. Very into them.
