Got you covered! 3 ripe bananas 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 egg 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 3/4c milk 1/4c granulated sugar 1/4c light brown sugar 3 cups GF bread flour (used King Arthur) 3 1/2tsp baking powder 3/4tsp salt 1/2tsp cinnamon 1/2c mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate Mash up bananas and mix in wet ingredients, set aside. In a separate bowl, add dry ingredients minus chocolate chips and stir to mix before adding to wet ingredients. Stir banana bread batter then fold in chocolate chips.
