Tuesdays may be for tacos, but sometimes it’s all about the simple pasta bakes 🍝 This Creamy Sun Dried Tomatoes & Basil Chicken Pasta Bake is both savory and simple, which I am all about! Prep the chicken, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes while the penne pasta cooks.
Then prep the creamy sauce and mix everything before baking it at 375 to bring it all together and melt the cheese 🤌🏼

1 lb chicken breast cuts in bite sizes
1 - 16oz bag of penne pasta
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup all purpose flour
~1/2 cup olive oil (1/4 to brown chicken, garlic, tomatoes
& 1/4 make ‘roux’)
2 tbsp Blackened Chicken Seasoning
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp Onion Powder
2-3 cups chicken stock (depends on desired thickness)
1/2 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
~10 basil leaves
Salt to taste (and salt penne pasta boiling water!)
