I AM PROUD OF YOU. ✨ Here’s how the conversation at night with myself usually goes: “I didn’t do enough today. I didn’t send enough pitches. I’m not making enough money. I forgot to respond to emails. And OMG I forgot I had to post about that.” ✨ I generally forget to remind myself of all that I did accomplish. I rarely say: “Steph I’m proud of you today for taking time to make dinner with Collin.” Or any number of other things. ✨ At least 2 times a week, I get a call from my dad about how proud he is of me and the direction I’m headed. Generally my response is... “Thanks dad. If you only knew all the ways I feel like I’m failing. I’m not proud right now.” ✨ This is something I’m working on... congratulating myself even on the small wins, being proud of the daily victories. So today..
