✈️ What's in My Beach and Pool Bag 💙
This beach bag is lined so that the sand does not get in to your resort or cruise ship
cabin. This pool bag also zips!
1.Phone umbrella to block the sun so I can edit the vacation photos and videos
2.My double sided glasses case (cannot
forget my reading glasses) since I am over 50.
3.Sunscreen - travel tip is take a solid stick in addition since it does not count
as a liquid.
4.Pouch or gallon bag filled with waterproof stretchy band-aids for those new beach
shoes (tip: you have not worn those pool shoes in months so you might get
blisters), antibacterial wipe, credit card in my RFID sleeve, cash and your key card
5.Lip gloss and balm
6.Phone charger because on an island is NOT where you want your cell to go
dead from the battery draining from being in the sun.
7.Tripod with 4 legs so it will not fall over when taking family photos at the
beach.
8.Waterproof bandages that stretch. Travel tip: you have not worn those sandals

✈️ Travel Tips to Stay Safe: Type SAFE for linkage 🏝️
Pack a tracker in your handbag or wallet that looks like a card.
Attach a safety light for your zipper or crossbody bag.
Connect zippers if leaving a really crowded airport to slow down a pickpocket from access to that part of your bag.
Tip: If you must walk with your phone, hold it close and stay very observant to those around you and your friends.
Tip: Keep the resort address in the notes app in case for any time you will be away from it.
In Uber cars you only need one card to pay for things. I protect my identity by putting my cards in an RFID blocking sleeve for that safety.

Travel's Number 1 Packable Jacket With Shoulder Straps is Water Resistant
With unpredictable weather and temperatures when traveling, I pack this Bernardo
jacket with shoulder straps. When touring in the rain and cold this winter in Zurich
I was so glad I had this water-resistant coat! I am size 10, over 50, and am 5'8"

✈️ Passport Travel Tips if You Lose It in a Foreign Country
1. Take picture of your information page and email that to a family member or yourself.
2. To protect your identity another travel tip is to take a photo of the bar code inside the back cover of your passport. Why? Only employees with the correct technology can read the personal information in that bar code.
These tips will also help you more quickly get a replacement passport if you lose it while traveling abroad.

✈️ How to Reduce Inflammation After a Long Flight:
1.Take deep breaths with long exhales.
2.With moisturizer or a serum, press with flat fingers against your cheekbones outward to your temples and, without picking them up, slide them straight down then flick outwards when you reach your tonsils. A short video is coming later this week.
3.When you get to hotel, put feet up for 5-10 minutes. This anti-inflammatory action drains lymph nodes so you pee out the puffiness.
4.Halfway through the day, pop LMNT in a bottle and chug it. It has magnesium, sodium nutrients, and potassium. For me, these nutrients give me a boost to make it over that just-let-me-go-to-bed jet lag fight you have with yourself.
Travel Tip: Do not eat heavy foods that first day! But the second day, that’s when you have pasta or pizza near dinner time. Then you should sleep wonderfully.

Traveling with my digital passport as my ID did NOT work in TSA lines this week. I was the first passenger in Chicago ORD's Transportation Security Line (in the B terminal) to try using my digital passport with my @iphone The awesome TSA officer let me try 3 times, and it kept saying scanning error. So my travel tip is to give it a couple of months before you try it.

Travel Updates for Power Bank Portable Chargers:
You are allowed to bring cell phone chargers into the airplane, but
some Asian airlines are banning you from using them during the
flight. Here in the US some airlines are making new rules that you need
to have the power bank in plain sight if charging your phone. No
charging allowed inside a suitcase though 🤣 🤷🏼‍♀️
My husband has the Anker charger that monitors your heat, and I
also have one that has a phone prop in it. But neither has ever gotten
even warm while charging.
Tip: just pay attention to any emails or announcements during your
trip to know for sure, but for most airlines you can safely use them while
flying. Tip: power banks are NEVER allowed in the belly of the airplane
with cargo since they are technically combustible.
