Inside my morning routine! I truly have a whole ass day while everyone is asleep. But this time is for me, where I can focus on my goals and setting the tone for my day. π«Άπ½ I now naturally wake up between 4:00-5:00am - no alarm clock needed. β° Quality training begins with quality products. I use Project-1 preworkout which gives me the energy I need for fasted cardio without the shakes or itchiness. Just a clean formula with the boost I need! And it tastes so good πππ¬ While I wait for that to kick in, I journal it out with a gratitude practice. Gratitude changes everything, allowing you to appreciate what you have while working towards what you want. I set my intention for the day and finish with a series of affirmations which get me into the right headspace. π I hit my fasted cardio and follow that with my protein pre-training. This was a mistake I made until recently: not getting nutrients into my system prior to lifting. Makes all the difference! Noah woke up so while I digest, I tend to him and get my cuddles π₯° Then I get my L-Carnitine and Creatine ready to go for my training session. πͺπ½ Today, I hit chest and tris with 20 mins post-cardio.
