Important skin prep I do before glam to have my makeup stay on nicely and all day! Read below 👇🏽

I constantly get asked “how does your makeup look natural but translate so well on camera” “how does your makeup not look cakey but you have so many steps” “how does your makeup last so long” while there’s a few things I do in the entire process of it, it starts with this one…
DO YOUR SKINCARE BEFORE MAKEUP.

• add hydrating products to your skin prior to application

• do not rush the application of your skincare. Allow time for each to be absorbed into the skin (a few minutes in between each one. I like doing things around the house in between applying some)

• let it all absorb on your face for a bit BEFORE applying makeup. (I always start with the eyes on makeup application to continue to allow the skincare to continue to settle before layering makeup on it)

• & most importantly, a little goes a long way. The whole serum bottle doesn’t need to be on your face 🤍

This is what works for me and what I do.
