ad I've been experimenting with some different products in my makeup prep routine, and I've found some amazing new favorites! I needed a little more hydration in my routine (thank you dry, Over40 skin), and these new finds really deliver. If you want a punch of hydration, this Biodance mist (inspired by their viral face mask) is perfection! I love that the YSE Beauty products offer some great, gentle active ingredients such as peptides and Vitamin C. Danessa's newest serum is great prep for under makeup, though I'll still be using my beloved Summer Fridays in the summer. #ad I've been trying out a ton of new products recently, and I'm really here to say that that hype for the new Westman foundation is real. It's so easy to apply, looks just like regular skin, but my skin is suddenly perfect. And it looks like that all day! Though some of that all day could be due to my beloved One/Size Setting Spray (if you haven't tried it, what are you waiting for??)

I've also been changing up my undereye routine. I'm currently obsessing over the Tata Harper gel, which helps set up my undereyes for makeup application and has a big of shimmer to help bounce light around and make me look more awake. The Armani Luminous Silk concealer does great over the top of it, just helping disguise everything without creasing.

One of my favorite products to ad luminosity to my look is with the @Jouer Cosmetics Luminizing Glow Serum. I use it as my first makeup prep step. It makes everything that comes afterward apply more smoothly, helps my skin glow and makes me look amazing! This is max luminosity, the most luminous product I've found that does not make you look like a disco ball.
They've just released it in a travel version, so it's easy to take with you everywhere!

Do you ever have the feeling that as much as you like a product, you're barely scratching the surface of all the things that product really can be? I feel like that with the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder.
Is it a primer? Yes.
If you get the tinted, it can also be your foundation. And contour. And it can be used to help set your makeup. All those things.
Note, Danessa also makes a blush, highlighter and a setting spray that all pair amazing with the Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder, though it's hard to find it in stock from @Sephora because it often sells out! I have been waiting for it to show up in stock at my local store so I can snap it up using either BOPIS or SDD!
I fully admit that I use this just as a primer. And it's all kinds of amazing. I put just barely any on a trouble spot, using my fingers, because this is not fancy or picky. Wait about a minute, and then go on with my makeup routine. Because of the Yummy Skin, my foundation applies so smoothly! It also blends easily. And I need so little that I think this little jar is basically a lifetime supply.

Have you seen the new Armani cream blushes? These amazing little sticks are available from @Sephora, and I admit that I am now unable to prevent myself from adding new shades to my cart every time I am on the site! My local Sephora also carries these blushes, which means a third shade will definitely be included in my next Same Day Delivery or Buy Online and Pickup in Store haul!
This blush is more pigmented than my beloved Merit Flush Balm, but I do think it's less forgiving with blending if I apply the blush directly on my face (which I do with my Flush Balm). I've found that applying the blush to the back of my hand first lets my body heat warm it up a little, and from there I can use a dense blush brush (the NARS 17 is my favorite for this) and then apply to my face.
I love both the Merit and Armani blushes, which is your favorite?

This is the new @kiehls 1CC* CollaShot Plump Serum, and if you're on a GLP-1 or are worried about sagging skin, this is your new must have skincare product! Kiehl's did a clinical study using this serum, and users saw 3x improvement in skin plumpness after 8 weeks, but GLP-1 users specifically saw 22% improvement in sagging cheeks (this was based on before/after photos). This is a huge improvement, especially for a topical product!
This gel serum is not sticky and absorbs very quickly into your skin without leaving behind a residue. It is easy to layer with your regular skincare routine. I've started using it this week, I'll update with my results!

Your anti-aging skincare routine just got a new step. This is the new @kiehls 1CC* CollaShot Plump Serum, a hydrating gel serum that you will NOT feel on your face at all. It basically absorbs immediately and it doesn't leave behind any residue. It pairs perfectly with all of the products you currently have in your routine, but it does need to be step one.
Ideally, I would wash with a gentle cleanser and apply 1CC* CollaShot Plump Serum. In the morning, follow with vitamin C serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. At night, follow with your retinoid and moisturizer.
Kiehl's has some amazing data behind this serum, with patients in a clinical study saying after 12 weeks of twice daily use 94% saw improved radiance, 93% said their skin looks plumper, 90% said face contours are more defined.

@caylagray was nice enough to send me their discovery set, a great collection of their signature scents in pretty generous sample sizes.
I've been meaning to post about them for a while. But I can't bring myself to try 5 of the 6 scents. Because I am OBSESSED with Petals and don't want to use anything else! I'm sure they're great, but I'm ordering a full sized bottle of Petals soon. I'm a sucker for white florals, esp if Jasmine is included. This fragrance has Jasmine and Bergamot, with Cashmere as one of the base notes. It's a warm and cozy white floral, which I love!

I have the @Ruti On the Loose pants in 3 colors. They really are much better than the cheap knock offs. The fit is better (esp if you are at all curvy), and the fabric has just the right amount of stretch. I'm convinced these are the perfect travel pants. I wore them to and from Europe this summer, and they'll be my go-to for all of my dance momming this season!

I had to share my latest obsession... Salt and Stone just sent me their new Lily & Yuzu scent, and it is amazing! It has yuzu, green apple, and some jasmine in there. It's floral and citrus and I love it. I'll be buying more ASAP, and I hope they release a matching lotion soon!

I've found it. ISDIN Fusion Water MAGIC SPF 40 was the product I randomly added to a recent Sephora Same Day Delivery order, and it turns out to be my new favorite daily sunscreen.

Fusion Water is really quite lightweight, and it sinks into my skin pretty quickly. I can't even tell it is on my skin once it absorbs! I love that it also adds a little bit of luminosity, and preps my skin well for makeup.

ISDIN also makes one of my most recommended pregnancy (and nursing) safe facial sunscreens, the Eryfotona Actinica Ultralight SPF 50. I'll link it here as well! Both are 15% off at Sephora this weekend, so stock up while you can!
