I've found it. ISDIN Fusion Water MAGIC SPF 40 was the product I randomly added to a recent Sephora Same Day Delivery order, and it turns out to be my new favorite daily sunscreen.

Fusion Water is really quite lightweight, and it sinks into my skin pretty quickly. I can't even tell it is on my skin once it absorbs! I love that it also adds a little bit of luminosity, and preps my skin well for makeup.

ISDIN also makes one of my most recommended pregnancy (and nursing) safe facial sunscreens, the Eryfotona Actinica Ultralight SPF 50. I'll link it here as well! Both are 15% off at Sephora this weekend, so stock up while you can!

I've been experimenting with some different products in my makeup prep routine, and I've found some amazing new favorites! I needed a little more hydration in my routine (thank you dry, #Over40 skin), and these new finds really deliver.

If you want a punch of hydration, this Biodance mist (inspired by their viral face mask) is perfection! I love that the YSE Beauty products offer some great, gentle active ingredients such as peptides and Vitamin C. Danessa's newest serum is great prep for under makeup, though I'll still be using my beloved Summer Fridays in the summer.

I have a winter skincare secret to share! I know that I'm not the only one that struggles with dry, itchy skin in the winter. When I was a bit younger (I'm in my late 40's now), I was able to just swap to a creamier moisturizer for the winter. Dryness dealt with, I was just as glowy as the summer.

But now that I'm a little older, the moisturizer swap isn't enough. I still have a bit of dryness on the surface of my skin, and it definitely affects how my makeup applies and wears throughout the day. I feel less glowy, my makeup is wearing off in uneven patches and also a bit cakey and even can pill easily.

The secret is adding in additional exfoliation with that moisturizer swap out. Keeping the surface the skin clear of dead skin helps with all of the issues I was experiencing and gives me back my summer glow! One of the easiest ways to do that is with my go-to exfoliating pad, the Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pads. They're super easy to use and get the job done without irritating my sensitive skin. I use them a few nights a week.

One of my all time favorite facial duos is on a huge deal today over at @QVC and I had to share it! This is the face wash that lives in my shower, and also at my sink. My go-to exfoliating pad is included. And you get a full size of each as well as a travel size! This is the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, one of my go-to products for when my skin is pretty dry or irritated. This is the Too Faced Killer Liner 36 Hour Waterproof Gel Eyeliner, and it's really underrated. It's a super pigmented and smooth liner, it applies very quickly and easily (look at that quick scribble on my arm!) and once you give in about a minute, it sets up and WILL NOT MOVE. Not even if you swim. But you can smudge it out in that minute, and it's perfect for a smokey eye.
